1. How to place an order

STEP1|Product page (select product)

Please select the color and delivery date you want on the product page. If you are satisfied, click the "Add to Cart" button.

*We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates.

STEP2| Cart

Please check the items you have ordered.

If you have anything you would like to tell customer support, please enter it in "Add order notes".

Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Once you have confirmed your information, click the "Checkout" button.

STEP3|Specify payment method and shipping address

 Please enter your shipping address.

Please enter your credit card information.
If you use Shop Pay, please click the "Shop Pay" button to proceed to payment.

STEP4|Order Complete

Click the "Pay now" button.
All order procedures have been completed.

After completion, you will receive a confirmation email of your order, so please check it.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact customer support with your order number.

South Korea, Taiwan: Shipping fee of 3,000yen (free shipping for orders equivalent to 50,000 yen).
US: Shipping fee of 4,500yen (free shipping for orders over $400).

Please place your order after reading the following information.
- We will deliver your order with priority given to in-stock items
- The delivery date may be later than the date you reserved (especially during long holidays such as the year-end and New Year period)
- The color and texture of the leather may differ from the photos due to the production lot of the leather
- The lining may be changed to optimize the color combination

About the delivery time when purchasing items with different shipping dates

If you purchase items with different shipping dates, they will be shipped together according to the later date. If you would like them to be shipped separately, please contact our customer support. Please note that in this case, there may be an additional shipping charge.

Example: If you purchase a pre-order item and an item that is scheduled to be shipped in 10 days
→ The item that is scheduled to be shipped in 10 days will also be shipped together with the pre-order item.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if you find any defects or damage, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.
