Q. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
We accept cancellations and changes to orders up until the point of shipment. If you wish to do so, please contact us by email with your name and order number. Please note that after the order has been shipped, it will be processed as a return and you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
Credit card
If you cancel after the credit card company has processed the payment, there is a possibility that the credit card company will debit your account. In this case, the credit card company will refund the amount to your account in the following month or offset it from the amount you pay in the current month.
Q. Can I return or exchange the product?
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if you find a fault or damage, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to return or exchange a product that is not defective, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be made for the product price (including consumption tax), minus shipping and handling charges. Please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in some cases.
Q. Can I cancel an item I have reserved?
We can only accept cancellations of reserved items before production has started.
We apologize, but we are unable to give you an exact date or time for when production will begin.

Q. Can you take a photo of the product and send it to me?
We are unable to send photos of products that are in stock.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please contact our customer support team by email.
Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?
We are unable to accept requests for delivery dates and times.
Please allow extra time for your purchase, as there may be delays in delivery due to factors such as weather or traffic accidents.
Q.5 What does "business day" mean?
"Business days" are calculated excluding our store's holidays, so we will ship your order within ○ days from the day after we receive your order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and our designated holidays.
For many orders, we will ship within ○ business days, but in the case of items ordered from our physical store or during the busy year-end season, it may take longer. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Q. If I purchase items with different shipping dates, when will they arrive?
We will deliver the items in accordance with the later date. If you have any requests regarding delivery, please contact Customer Support.
Q. I want to buy multiple items at once.
You can continue shopping with the items you have already added to your cart.
Q. About smartphone cases that are compatible with multiple models
〇 When using a smartphone case that is compatible with multiple models, please be sure to attach a commercially available plastic cover. Depending on the material (such as a matte finish) or shape (such as a non-flat surface) of the smartphone itself, it may be difficult to attach the slide cover, or it may cause damage or dirt.
〇 Smartphone-specific covers made of silicone, uneven materials, or thick materials have weak adhesiveness and may fall off. We recommend plastic materials (TPU, polycarbonate). (See Table 1 below)
〇The maximum size for plastic covers is approximately 8 x 16 cm. (See Diagram A below)
〇This product is compatible with smartphones where the camera is positioned between 4 cm above and 4 cm below the top of the screen. If the camera is positioned below 4 cm above the top of the screen, it will not be possible to take photos. For compact smartphones such as the iPhone SE, please check the position of the smartphone camera before attaching the smartphone case to the top of the screen. (See diagram A below)

Q. If you do not receive an email from us
There are several possible reasons why you may not receive an email from us.
In addition to the automatic reply email you receive after completing your order, we also send you an email with your
order number, order details, delivery address, order amount, etc.
If you do not receive the above email within three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and other store holidays) after placing your order, please try the following.
Please check whether the email is in your spam folder.
Sometimes, emails are automatically sorted into the 'spam folder' when they are received.
We are receiving an increasing number of inquiries from customers who use free email services (such as Yahoo! mail, Gmail from Google, etc.) or mobile phone company addresses.
To users of free email services such as Outlook (hotmail.co.jp, live.jp, outlook.jp), Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc. If you do not receive emails from this site in your email service's 'inbox', they may have been delivered to your 'deleted, junk, or spam folder'. Please check and click "Not Spam".
Alternatively, for some reason, your server may be rejecting emails from this site. In this case, the email has not been sent to you.

If you are using a mobile phone, there is a possibility that it is being blocked by your email settings.
■If your mailbox on the server is full
The mailbox on the server has a capacity limit, and if you do not regularly receive and delete emails, your inbox may become full and you may not be able to receive new emails. If you are a customer who has not used email recently and this is the case, please delete the emails on the server.
■In addition, if you are using a company email address when placing an order, there is a possibility that our email will be rejected due to stricter security measures.
