Product delivery time
We will ship within 10 working days, excluding weekends, public holidays and our designated holidays.
※Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods such as gift-giving season and sales periods.
※For pre-order items, the shipping date will be as stated on the page.
Handling of defective products
Please check your order upon arrival. We will exchange the following items free of charge (including shipping and handling). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- If the item you ordered is different from the item you received
- If the item is damaged or dirty
If we are unable to exchange the item due to it being out of stock, etc., we will accept a return of the item.
About returns and exchanges (refund policy)
If you wish to return or exchange an item that is not defective, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be made for the product price.
