The international event was held during the Cannes Film Festival under the direction of Dominique Busso, who holds the rights to leading French media titles including TIME France, Forbes France, and ONIRIQ.

The exhibition featured a selection of collaborative pieces from MUNETAKA YOKOYAMA × SALON DE ALFURD TOKYO, previously presented during Milan Fashion Week.

The brand also unveiled new pieces crafted from leather finished with traditional Japanese urushi lacquer—a material introduced by SALON DE ALFURD TOKYO for the first time.

Blending traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary design, these new creations represented a new chapter for the brand and attracted considerable attention from visitors.
